India is one market where highest number of mobile users having in the
world. There are approximately a billion mobile users and 16 mobile
operators PAN India, having various products & plans for their
post-paid & prepaid subscribers which are and respectively.
The operators biggest challenge is to deliver recharge services
instantly with very small denominations in thousands of retailing
locations. The margins are very thin to handle lengthly logistics like
scrtch cards / coupons etc. For example Some mobile operators offer as recharge denomination, a coupon and its logistics will cost
incurring more than the possible margin.
